GROLLS is a small, home-based bakery run with a lot of love (and butter).

At this stage, orders are fulfilled within our personal community and referral network while we prepare for full commercial certification.

All products are prepared in a domestic home kitchen that may handle common allergens. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.

GROLLS are designed to be enjoyed warm โ€” that's when they're at their best.

When warmed, they're fluffy inside, lightly crisp outside, and comforting in that fresh-from-the-bakery way.

If eaten cold, texture will naturally be firmer.
Warming restores the intended experience.

โ™จ๏ธ Reheating Guide (Recommended)

For best results:

  • Microwave: 30โ€“60 seconds to warm through
  • Oven / Airfryer: 3โ€“5 minutes to lightly crisp the outside

Pro tip: Microwave first, then finish in the oven or airfryer for that "fresh-baked" feel.

GROLLS store well when handled correctly:

  • Room temperature: Best enjoyed the same day
  • Refrigerated: Keeps well for several days
  • Frozen: Up to 1 month

Texture is always best when reheated before eating.

The GROLLS Club is our way of keeping your freezer stocked and your cravings covered โ€” without needing to re-order every time.

How it works:

  • Subscribers receive regular drops on our bake days (currently Tuesday & Friday)
  • Your order is prepared automatically based on your selected plan
  • No weekly decision-making โ€” just warm GROLLS when you want them

What to expect:

  • Priority access to drops
  • Consistent pricing
  • Flexible options (pause or changes with notice)

Subscription details, available plans, and drop schedules are shared when joining the Club.

๐Ÿงพ Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Because GROLLS are made fresh in small batches:

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received
  • Any changes must be requested at least 48 hours (2 days) before delivery
  • Changes or cancellations must be requested before the bake day
  • Once baking or preparation has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled

This helps us plan ingredients, prep, and bake schedules accurately.

If something urgent comes up, please contact us as soon as possible โ€” we'll always try to help where we can.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds & Quality Assurance

We take pride in every batch we bake.

If there is an issue with your order due to a preparation or quality concern, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Flavour preference or personal taste is not eligible for refunds.

๐Ÿšš Collection & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been collected or delivered, responsibility for storage and handling transfers to you.

To enjoy the best quality:

  • Please collect orders at the agreed time
  • Follow the provided storage and reheating guidance

Late collection or improper storage may affect freshness and texture.

GROLLS flavours rotate regularly and are subject to availability.

On rare occasions, we may need to:

  • Substitute a flavour
  • Adjust quantities within a pack
  • Reschedule a drop

If this happens, we'll always communicate with you in advance.
